IDS Virtual Depot, Inc. officially opened for business in Jamestown, New York on April 11, 2008. A Grand Opening was held in the newly renovated 28,000 sq. ft. building for area customers and  government officials. The IDS Virtual Depot facility provides secure paper records storage, digital hosting of records, product support, a state of the art scanning center, and document management solutions. The facility is also the disaster recovery and back-up facility for Integrated Digital Systems and IDS South, Inc. I facility with support and provide services to customers in the Western New York, Western PA, and Ohio regions.



IDS South, Inc will open in June, 2008. This facility will support Integrated Digital systems and customers in Southern Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Southeast West Virginia. The facility will provide records storage, scanning services and product support.
